|Struggling with food sucks. Truly.|
So today, I just wanted to say – I get it. Me too.
I’ve been through my own fight with food, for over 10 years.
Yes, I feel grateful for the things it helped me learn…
Yes, I love helping other women get over it…
But man, it was hard. The hardest thing I’ve ever done, and I’ve gone through some pretty crazy stuff.
There’s the constant trying and failing…
Not even having the willpower to stop a cookie…
Living in shame, guilt, lethargy and desperation…
Feeling like such a failure and losing our power & confidence…
I’ve heard it described in many ways.
“I feel like slave to food”
“How pathetic that my life revolves around food”
“It’s like a heavy ball weighing me down”
“I feel like a prisoner in my own mind and body”
The worst part is how eating habits show up for the most driven and committed women. The harder we try, the more we complicate food until it runs our lives.
It hurts deeply.
We hurt deeply.
Even the most powerhouse women start to feel hopeless.
The good news is that there’s a way out from all the binge eating, emotional eating, restriction, tracking, on-track off-track rollercoaster…there’s freedom from all of it.
And you don’t have to do it alone.
So when you’re ready, I am here to help.
Until then, there’s nothing wrong with you. You are not broken. You are just missing the right plan – that’s all.
P.S. – sometimes, it’s good to just acknowledge how hard it is. It takes a weight off your shoulder. But staying there too long can make us lose belief, and when that happens – no one can help you. Get the guidance you need before it’s too late, so we can hop on a free call and map out your exact path to freedom.
